How Is Cold Air Insulation Achieved in Prefabricated Warehouses?

Soğuk zincir ürünlerinin korunması, ilaç ve gıda lojistiği gibi alanlarda sıcaklık kontrolü hayati önem taşır. Bu noktada prefabrik depo çözümleri, hem hızlı kurulum hem de yüksek yalıtım performansı sunarak sektöre önemli katkılar sağlar.

1. Prefabrik Depo Yapımında Yalıtım Planlaması

Soğuk hava yalıtımının başarısı, projenin tasarım aşamasında başlar. Prefabrik depo yapımı sürecinde duvar kalınlıkları, panel tipi ve zemin yalıtımı en baştan planlanmalıdır. Isı köprülerinin oluşmaması için detay çözümleri geliştirilir.

2. Panel Seçimi: Poliüretan ve EPS Farkı

Soğuk hava yalıtımı için en yaygın kullanılan malzemeler poliüretan (PUR/PIR) ve EPS dolgulu panellerdir. Poliüretan paneller, düşük ısı iletkenlik katsayısı sayesinde daha yüksek verim sağlar. Prefabrik depo modelleri arasında kullanılacak panele göre enerji tasarrufu oranı değişiklik gösterebilir.

3. Kapı ve Pencere Detaylarında Yalıtım

Soğuk hava kaybının en çok yaşandığı noktalar kapı ve pencere detaylarıdır. Hava geçirmez contalar, çift cidarlı kapılar ve ısı yalıtımlı doğrama sistemleri tercih edilmelidir. Otomatik açılır-kapanır kapılar ise hem ısı kaybını azaltır hem de kullanım kolaylığı sağlar.

4. Prefabrik Sanayi Yapılarında Zemin Yalıtımı

Prefabrik sanayi yapıları içinde kullanılan depolarda, zeminden gelen ısı kaybı da önemli bir etkendir. Yüksek yoğunluklu XPS levhalar ile yapılan zemin yalıtımı, sistemin bütünlüğünü sağlar.

5. Beton Depo Yapımında Yalıtım Katmanları

Beton depo yapımı sırasında dış duvar yüzeylerine uygulanan ekstra kaplamalar, ısı geçişini engelleyerek yalıtım performansını yükseltir. Ayrıca soğuk havanın sabit kalmasını sağlar.
