Our 11 production halls demonstrate our commitment to quality, durability, and attention to detail at every stage of prefabricated industrial building construction. Each hall is specially designed to deliver the most suitable solutions for our industrial clients.

Hall 1: Rebar Hall

A quality structure begins with a solid foundation and reliable materials. In our Rebar Hall, all steel bars are tested using tensile strength devices. Rebars are cut according to project specifications. Reinforcement bars that need special shaping at joints are formed here. These custom-engineered rebars contribute to the durability of structures and minimize potential risks.

Hall 2: Gutter, Column, and Earthquake Beam Hall

Our gutters, designed to drain rainwater, have the inner volume capacity to protect facilities even during sudden floods. The earthquake beams we manufacture with special cross-sections offer both aesthetics and safety in mezzanine buildings. This hall combines durability and functionality.

Hall 3: Beam Hall and Concrete Laboratory

All tests that define our concrete quality are carried out in the laboratory located in this hall. From sand analysis to concrete mix designs, every detail ensures strong and long-lasting structures. Roof trusses ranging from 6 to 17 meters are also produced here.

Hall 4: Purlin Hall

Purlin beams, which form the load-bearing system of roof cladding, are manufactured here. With designs tailored to regional snow loads and our custom engineering details, our purlin beams offer special solutions in terms of both functionality and durability.

Hall 5: Column Hall and First Concrete Batching Plant

We produce concrete components and columns in this hall. With 13 different mold options, we can manufacture a wide variety of industrial structures.

Halls 6 & 7: Panel Wall and Stirrup Hall

Our panel walls stand out in industrial buildings with their high strength, thermal insulation, and waterproofing. These products are now recognized across Turkey thanks to widespread demand. In the stirrup hall, we shape our own rebar, showcasing our excellence in detail. We process approximately 40 tons of rebar daily in our own rolling mill, leading the way in the sector.

Hall 8: Large Column Hall

Buildings exposed to high seismic risk or heavy loads require large-section columns. We produce these critical components in this hall.

Hall 9: Hollow Core Slab Hall and Second Concrete Batching Plant

Mezzanine floors in industrial buildings, designed for enhanced durability, are produced here. With section thicknesses ranging from 20 to 50 cm, we have an unmatched production capacity in the sector. We use a second concrete batching plant for this specialized production and manage every detail meticulously.

Hall 10: Roof Truss Hall

Roof trusses ranging from 18 to 33 meters in length are produced in this hall, prioritizing building safety. Our attention to cross-section designs and structural detailing enhances the durability of our buildings.

Hall 11: Prestressed and Special Structural Components Hall

Structural elements for wide-span and special projects are produced in this hall equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Prestressed beams and load-bearing elements make a significant difference in industrial buildings.
