30 Years of Expertise in Prefabricated Industrial Buildings

Founded in 1995 by the beloved and respected figure of our region, Ali Ayhan Demir, Beton Yapı has been strengthening Turkey's industrial infrastructure—especially in Gaziantep and Kahramanmaraş. For 30 years, Beton Yapı has left its mark on the region’s most solid, durable, and distinctive industrial structures.

Operating under the slogan “Prefabricated industrial buildings are Beton Yapı’s expertise,” our company exclusively manufactures prefabricated industrial structures.

We prioritize quality, durability, and speed throughout all processes from production to assembly. On a site of approximately 90,000 m², our facility—comprising 11 production halls—produces 600,000 m² of industrial structures annually.

Beton Yapı, which has the region's largest prefabricated production site and capacity, is also a member of the Turkish Prefabrication Association.
